Objective:
The students will learn the difference between a Psychologists and a Marriage/Family Counselor Psychology.
Procedure:
1) Introduce myself (15 sec)
2) Ask students if they know what my topic really is.(1 min)
3) Explain what my topic is incase they do not know.(1 min)
4)Finish off by telling them about the place where I am going to do my independent study/service learning and any questions they might have as well. (2 min)
Check for Understanding:
After I am done with what I have to say I am going to ask if they have any questions or unclear understanding with my subject.
Resource/ Materials:
Basically I am just going to show a small poster with pictures of married people and families just to enforce my topic better also a picture of a brain because it controls most of our behavior,emotions etc.
Too vague. Talk about the place/person you are doing service learning with. Give examples of their successes and challenges.
